Ram Charan’s Bollywood debut film Zanjeer’s untitled Telugu version , being directed by young director Yogi (Telugu Version) is creating waves with respect to the selling price of area rights.
Stunningly, for the first time in the history a Telugu Hero’s film was sold at record price in Karnataka as per sources. Zanjeer’s (Hindi and Telugu versions) Karnataka rights sold for 4.75cr. Considering the pull factor of Ramcharan on the audience and also the recent track record and expectations on production values, the film is commanding huge attention all over.
Adding to this, the grapevine that SriHari is doing a couple of scenes for a powerful character in this film has raised the competition further. It seems that Sri Hari obliged the request of the makers and donned the role at last moment. .
The film is a remake of yesteryear’s Bollywood block buster ‘Zanjeer’ starred Amitabh Bachchan. Ramcharan is pairing with Priyanka Chopra in ‘ Zanjeer’ as known for many.
