Mega Power Star Ramcharan will turn 28 on 27th march 2013. Mega fans who were waiting for the day or has reportedly planned to celebrate his 28th birthday at Shilpa Kala Vedika with Allu Arjun as chief guest.
But,Commissioner of Police has denied permission for holding the function due to security reasons. The commissioner has strictly warned the fan clubs that a stringent action would be taken if they take up any program in groups without seeking prior permission from the department.
Meanwhile, Fans have decided to approach Home minister to seek permission for the function which will telecast on MAA TV live (if permission granted).
