The biggest star of Mumbai Heroes in CCL, Salman Khan, in the last two seasons, has limited himself to attending the inaugural events and cheering his teammates.
The reason foor this, he wasn’t sure about his batting skills and didn’t want to disappoint his fans with a lacklustre performance; but he was encouraged by his friend Ram Charan and others, so he is practicing at his farmhouse with his cricketing friends.
Salman is a huge cricket buff as well as a good batsman. He has been playing with his friends in his farmhouse for many years, it’s nothing new for him,” he says, adding, “He doesn’t bowl but he is a good batsman and quick between the wickets. He wanted to play in the earlier seasons too but his nerve-related illness forced him to stay off the field. He is, however, sure to play in CCL-4 and doesn’t need any special practice.
