Naayak sets a record with satellite rights

Mega Power Star Ram Charan has set a new record with his upcoming film Naayak. The satellite rights for the Naayak Hindi dubbed version has bagged a whopping Rs 3.5 crore which is a new record for any Telugu film till date.
Ram Charan has been debuting in Bollywood with Zanjeer, the remake of Big B’s super hit, and Priyanka Chopra is playing the female lead and this is one of the reasons for Naayak bagging good prices for satellite rights.
Naayak directed VV Vinayak and produced by DVV Danayya on Universal Media banner has Kajal Agarwal and Amala Paul as leading ladies that music composed by Thaman.
Naayak is slated  for a worldwide release on January 9 for Pongal.
