‘Avatar’ technicians for Kalyan Ram film

Nandamuri Kalyan Ram ia all  set to add another first to his credit. Besides producing, and acting in the first 3D stereophonic Telugu film, Om, which also claims to be “India’s first 3D-action flick“, he has roped in technicians who had worked in 3D smash-hit Avatar.


David Mike Taylor, Markus, and J.E. Patel who have worked on movies like Avatar, and Prometheus were roped fro this film . NTR Arts had to shell out Rs 13 to Rs 15 crore to hire the foreign crew but they believe that it’s worth it.

The 3D film is slated for release in the month of September under Kalyan Ram’s NTR Arts, the fifth film under the banner. “We are planning to release the film in Tamil and Malayalam, apart from Telugu, as 3D versions are catching up,” Ram says.
