Right after Dabangg 2 started its shooting talk started about Gabbar Singh 2. Gabbar Singh was a blockbuster hit in Pawan Kalyan’s career which brought him back to hit track after 11 years. So everyone thought Pawan will come back to do his favourite Bad Ass Cop role.
Producer Bandla Ganesh registered the title Gabbar Singh in Hyderabad and this almost confirmed there will be a sequel. But to everyone’s amazement both Pawan Kalyan and Harish Shankar moved on with their committed projects and said there will be a no sequel to Gabbar Singh.
Then rumors came out that Venkatesh will do in Gabbar Singh 2 not Pawan Kalyan. When everyone thought that the sequel was cancelled now it finally came back on to cards. Finally Pawan gave nod to Harish Shankar after Harish gave him a solid script for the sequel. Devi Sri will come back as Music director. Stay tuned for other details.
